Introduction

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all wholesale accounts with Only Lovable Incorporated (“we”,”us”,”our”). By applying for and/or placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following.

Eligibility

  • Wholesale accounts are available to approved retailers, spas, estheticians, and distributors.
  • Proof of a valid business license, tax ID, or professional certification may be required.
  • We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion

Ordering & Minimums

  • Minimum Order Value: $100 USD per order
  • Orders not meeting the minimums may be declined or adjusted.
  • Orders must be placed through our wholesale portal or directly via authorised representatives.

Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and not to be shared with third parties.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, Paypal transfers

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.
  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.
  • Any shipping damages or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for defective or damaged goods.
  • Claims for defective items must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt with photo evidence.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging and condition.

Resale Policy

  • Wholesale customers may resell our products only through approved sales channels (physical stores, spas/salons, or approved e-commerce websites).
  • Resale on third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart) is strictly prohibited unless authorised in writing.
  • Products must be sold at or above the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy, if applicable.

Brand Representation

  • You agree to represent our brand in a professional manner.
  • Altering product labels, packaging, or formulations is not permitted.
  • Marketing images and copy provided by us may be used only to promote our products.

Spas & Estheticians - Professional Use

  • Certain products (e.g. sugaring pastes) are intended for professional use only.
  • Wholesale buyers confirm that all staff using these products are properly licensed or trained.
  • We are not liable for injury, adverse skin reactions, or client dissatisfaction resulting from misuse, lack of training, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Products must be stored, handled, and applied according to our guidelines, and clients should always be advised to patch test before use.
  • Products purchases at wholesale may be used as part of professional services but may not be repackaged, altered, or resold under a different brand. Retail resale mist be in original, sealed, packaging.
  • Use of our name, logo, or product images in marketing requires prior approval and must represent the brand accurately.

Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: misuse of pricing, late/non-payment, resale on unapproved platforms, or brand misrepresentation.

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Barbados.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barbados.

Agreement

By applying for and purchasing under a wholesale account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
