- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Barbados:
- Free islandwide delivery
- Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days
United Kingdom:
- Free shipping on orders over (£50)
- Estimated delivery: 3-8 business days
- Standard shipping rates for smaller orders are displayed at checkout
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery 3-10 business days
- Shipping rates automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations due to carrier restrictions.
Hazardous materials or temperature-sensitive products may have specific shipping restrictions. These will be indicated in the product description.
Remote Area Surcharge Disclaimer
Some delivery addresses may fall within a courier-defined remote area. In these cases, a Remote Area Surcharge may apply – even if your order qualifies for free or flat-rate shipping.
Remote areas are determined by our shipping partners (e.g. DHL, FedEx) based on postal code and service accessibility, not necessarily distance or location visibility.
We’ll contact you before dispatch if your delivery address incurs a remote surcharge.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
- If your package if marked as delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or local post office.
- For further assistance, please contact us at help@onlylovable.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact us at help@onlylovable.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at help@onlylovable.com in an effort to correct the address.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order after it has been processed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices for customers in the UK and Barbados are inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes or duties.
For other international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipients and are not included in our listed prices.
