Local Shipping (within Barbados):

  • Free Standard Local Shipping: 1-3 business days on all orders

 

Regional Shipping (within the USA, Canada & Caribbean):

  • FREE Standard Regional Shipping on all orders USD $60 and over: 3-7 business days
  • Expedited Regional Shipping: 1-3 business days – Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will vary by country.
 
 

International Shipping:

  • FREE Standard International Shipping on all orders USD $75 and over: 3-10 business days 
  • International Expedited Shipping: 3-8 business days – Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will vary by country.
 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order via the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations due to carrier restrictions.

Hazardous materials or temperature-sensitive products may have specific shipping restrictions. These will be indicated in the product description.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
  • If your package if marked as delivered and you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or local post office.
  • For further assistance, please contact us at help@onlylovable.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

 

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, and contact us at help@onlylovable.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
 

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at help@onlylovable.com to the correct address.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order after it has been processed.
