At Only Lovable Incorporated (“we”,”us”, or “our”), your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)
- Downloadable software products
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalised products
How To Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at help@onlylovable.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorisation: Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on where to send your return.
- Ship you Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the return authorisation number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g. items not in their original condition, items returned after 30 days).
Exchanges
- At this time, we are unable to facilitate product exchanges.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missed Refunds
- Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Further Assistance: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@onlylovable.com.
Regional and International Returns
- For regional and international returns, please note that shipping times and costs may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs fees associated with the return.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
